Digitalization Process

Step 1: ProScan
During the ProScan process, documents are scanned via a physical scanner or ProDoc’s mobile app with OCR and uploaded into the system.

Step 2: ProDoc
Documents stored in ProDoc are conveniently located in our cloud for safekeeping. From here, you can retrieve any document you want from ProDoc’s retrieval function.

Step 3: ProFlow
With ProFlow, you can choose to share documents with chosen staff with reminders and instructions. From here you can also verify and track changes to the documents in the system.
